Windsor Charter Academy is a K-12 charter school located in Windsor, Colorado.  We have about 400 students at our early college high school where about 60% of our students graduate with their associate’s degree and about 80% take college courses throughout their high school career.  Our culture empowers our students to achieve academic excellence through critical thinking, character development, and a love for lifelong learning.

In the first year of our internship program, we placed about 20% of our junior class in an internship or job shadow.  These work-based learning opportunities included everything from working in the arts to medical to IT. It is extremely important for our students to have work-based learning opportunities to help them make well-informed decisions when considering future pathways.
